The article is devoted to the description of methodological issues related to the teaching of Russian as a foreign language, namely, teaching foreign students different medical terminology. The author of the article identifies strategies and describes the main methods that are advisable to use in RCT classes to help students learn, assimilate and apply medical terms in Russian in their professional activities.
