When using original fonts, their files (*.ttf format - true Type Font) must be sent along with the article as an email attachment. To create diagrams, graphs, illustrations, programs of the standard Microsoft Office package are used; graphics must be inside the file.

3. Examples in the text of the article are written in italics.

4. The bibliographic description of scientific publications is drawn up in an abbreviated version (without indicating the publisher, pages and type of publication - a textbook, monograph, collection, etc.) and is given at the end of the work in alphabetical order (see the sample below). Editions in foreign languages are placed after editions in Russian. Non-scientific publications (normative documents, archival and other materials) are indicated in a separate section "List of sources" at the end of the list of references.

5. References to the literature in the text are given in square brackets, where the author's surname, year of publication, cited pages are indicated. For example: [Vinogradov, 1963, p. 46]. When citing publications in foreign languages, the citation is given in the original language (if necessary, with the translation of the author of the article). Internet sources with variable content without specifying specific material (except for electronic publications that can be described bibliographically), blogs, forums, etc., as well as author's comments are placed in footnotes (footnotes). A link to the source of a fragment of someone else's text cited as an illustrative material is given after the example in parentheses: Supervision of the activities of banks should be in good hands (Nezavisimaya gazeta. 01.02.2016).

7. In case of consecutive arrangement of links to the same source, the second link is replaced by the words "ibid" or "ibid.". If the text is cited not from the original source, but from another document, then at the beginning of the references the words “quoted by:” are given. If not a quote is given, but a mention of someone's views based not on the source. Then the reference contains the words "given by:".

Generally accepted abbreviations are used: i.e., g., c., years, centuries, etc., etc., etc., etc., see. It is possible to use individual abbreviations, but with subsequent transcript (in the list of abbreviations at the end of the article or inside the text in brackets). Uncommon abbreviations are deciphered at the first use.

9. Grouped drawings, graphs, and diagrams made in Word are allowed as illustrations. All illustrations are numbered and signed. Illustrations are sent to the editor in a separate file in their original form.
