Abstract

Despite the fact that the issues of diagnosing erectile dysfunction have already been the subject of study by many scientists and researchers for a long time, the problem of diagnosing and treating ED has not lost its relevance. In the conditions of our reality with the progress of science and technology, there is only one invasive method for diagnosing erectile dysfunction; an alternative research method that was used with the help of the foreign device Rigiscan, but due to its large size and high cost, a domestic device was developed for monitoring nocturnal penile tumescences. Androscan-MIT developed methodology for measuring night tumescences, which is currently available, is not a reference. We measured reference parameters when recording nocturnal penile tumescences, developed our own method for assessing the quality of erections, and will propose an integrated approach to both diagnosis and treatment, where we will be able to dynamically evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy against the background of reference parameters for one person.
