Abstract

This article considers the peculiarities of preparing and management of patients with
haemophilia before dental interventions with a patient-oriented approach. It's imperative to provide
dental care to patients suffering from haemophilia after consultation with haematologist and other
doctors. It's important to use individually developed algorithms of prevention and treatment of dental
diseases. The priority is to minimize the risk of hemorrhaging by joint work of doctors and taking into
account individual characteristics of patients with haemophilia. Dental health and rational
hemostatic support is before dental interventions. The main bioethical problems, that arise, when
working with children at the dental clinic, are described. We concluded, that it is necessary to develop
