Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of the protection of health workers when performing their professional duties from attacks. The draft laws and proposals aimed at protecting the rights of health workers, as well as existing acceptable ways of protecting health workers, are analyzed. The main circumstances under which the largest number of attacks are committed have been identified. The suggestions for solving this problem are presented.
